When Can I Sign Up for Payments Hub?
You can sign up for Payments Hub now. If you are already using Payments Hub, you will be able to track your merchant account data. Otherwise, your payment history will be shown on the platform on November 12, 2025.
How Do I Sign Up for Payments Hub?

Will Historical Data from Signal be Migrated to Payments Hub?
No, your past historical payment data will not be transferred to your Payments Hub Account. Download any historical residual reports you need from Signal prior to shutdown, as this data will not be accessible in the new system.
Reporting from October 2025 going forward will exist in PartnerHub.
